Join the City of Corona Park Rangers for a strenuous hike at Green River Ranch Trail. Have you ever wondered what nocturnal animals call Southern California home? Park Rangers and volunteers will discuss some of our local nocturnal wildlife and their impacts in our local habitat.
Young hikers (5+) are welcome to participate with their parents. The pace of the hike will be determined by the participants, please plan to be out on the trails with us for at least two hours. Due to the group environment, please leave your furry friends at home.
Please bring:
- Your own water bottle
- Sunscreen
- Hike appropriate attire: a hat, boots that are slip resistant, and walking sticks are highly recommended.
- No sandals.
- Binoculars (Optional)
Participation in the hikes will require all hikers to complete a Waiver of Liability. Any participants under the age of 18 will need a parent to sign their waiver of liability. An email confirmation will be sent out to registered hikers on Wednesday, October 21.
