Join the City of Corona for a guided hike of the Hagador Trail! The changing seasons also impact which bird species make the Cleveland National Forest their home every Spring. Whether you are a frequent birder or simply interested in learning about our local bird species, this will be an exciting experience for the whole family as we walk the meadow of the Skyline area.

This hike will be about 3 miles in length and mainly flat with some elevation gain. Please note that inclement weather might postpone/cancel our hike and wildlife sightings are not guaranteed. Park Rangers will provide guidance if any hazardous conditions are encountered, and please note that slippery conditions may exist. 

Young hikers (5+) are welcome to participate with their parents. The pace of the hike will be determined by the participants, please plan to be out on the trails with us for at least two hours. Due to the group environment, please leave your furry friends at home.

Please bring:

• Your own water bottle
• Sunscreen
• Hike appropriate attire: a hat, boots that are slip resistant, and walking sticks are highly recommended. 
• No sandals.
• Binoculars (Optional)

Participation in the hikes will require all hikers to complete a Waiver of Liability. Any participants under the age of 18 will need a parent to sign their waiver of liability. An email confirmation will be sent out to registered hikers on Wednesday, May 6th.

Disclaimer: The birds native to the Cleveland National Forest are not guaranteed to be seen. Binoculars are recommended!
